    This is exactly what I was hoping for. They keep the excess cord from dangling in your peripheral vision as it hangs behind your ears, the area where the eyeglasses go into the sleeve has a small opening yet is very flexible so it keeps a good grip on the earpieces (hasn't budged in a week of use), the material for the sleeve and the keep for the cord is very substantial so should last a good while and you can use the keep to hold your glasses on tight or not. And if you need to take your glasses off they will hang securely so you don't break them by stretching the earpieces to fit on your head. Well-designed product. Will buy again.

    I recently changed my eyeglass prescription to include reading "pane" at the bottom of the lenses. The style of glasses I wear do not have the nose pads to prevent slippage and I was getting frustrated that the glasses would slip down while I was reading. I came across these straps and decided to try them out, especially since the price seemed reasonable for 2 straps. I am very happy with the strap, my glasses stay put no matter how much I move my head. I "hopped" around a bit when I first wore them and my glasses did not move.

    Works well for hanging my reading glasses around my neck so I don’t have to go find where I’d left them. Comfortable. Adjustable length cord. Weighs nothing. Fits on tips of ear pieces of glasses. Messes up my hair by my ears taking them off a little.

    Once this style lanyard is on your glasses - a bit of a chore to do - they're not coming off without similar effort, so that's a positive. My tighten-down style lanyard kept loosening on one side or the other and eventually the glasses would fall off while I was walking. Not going to happen with this type.

    The downside of this style is that it can be awkward folding the arms. Why you ask? The rubber tip of the lanyard adds an additional 3/4" to the length of each arm for a total of 1 1/2" wider glasses when folded. The arms tend to bump into each other while folding. Also, try finding a hard case that can accommodate glasses with that added width. I've had absolutely zero luck and the only work-around is a soft case with open sides or a clip type for the visor.
