I used this plastic to make some zero clearance blade inserts for my table saw and they work just fine. I needed material that was firm but only 1/8" thick. I was able to cut a sheet to size with my table saw and form curved ends with my jig saw. I fine tuned the rounded ends with a drum sander and then drilled holes for the screws that hold it in place on the saw.
The only problem I had was drawing the spinning stacked dado set up through the plastic to create the opening for the blades. The plastic tended to chip out on the ends as the blade came through. The problem was not serious, however, and the insert works really well. This is a good product for this purpose.

I used this as the middle of an ABS sandwich for repair of a broken motorcycle saddle bag. Used between 2 pieces of 1/16" this gave me the strength and rigidity that I need for the bottom of the bag. Look like someone had dropped a battery through it. I need the thinner sheets for forming areas where bolt, washer and nut clearances were critical but this gave it all the heft I needed. Use regular ABS black plumbing glue, cut with a good utility knife and heavy scissors or shears. Excellent products. I got all my ABS from this supplier, packed well and shipped right on time.

I found this product to be exactly as advertised, and was very easy to work with. A real nice touch is that it comes with a plastic film on it so it doesn’t get scratched up while cutting it. I will order this again when the need arises.

I bought this to put under my bathroom sinks as I couldn't find any under sink mats to fit. Cut this to size using my table saw, a pair of upholstery scissors and a handheld vibrating saw for the middle notch in front. Took a picture of the finished product.
