Stone is a fascinating read! Great mixture of action, chemistry, and heat. I loved how fast paced the book was.

I really adore Stone and Nola. The instant attraction was awesome to read. The book was exciting and kept me reading until finished. Would hope that everyone will read is novella. Enjoyment quadrupled (or bigger). Great story. Hoping for more novellas so can catch with Anna characters.

Hackett is brilliant with her military series. She creates action filled dynamic stories which seem plausible even as they are out there.

Stone or Knox is the new guy in New York. His first day on the job and he's kissed one of his co-workers sister. He wants her but the code is not to mess with family. So he steps back… at least until her life is in danger and then he does everything in his power to keep her alive.

Magnolia is bored with men but she wants what her best friend and half brother have - love, marriage and a baby. When she meets Knox, she boldly tells him she is interested and wants to spend more time with him.

This story is fast paced and a quick read. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the dynamic. I wanted more - but that's because of how well Hackett writes and develops her story.

This was a great addition to the Sentinel Security series!

Sentinel Security. This book needs to be a movie. Action packed, sexy, twisty, angsty, dramatic and oh so tingle worthy. Stone is the new hire at Sentinel Security and Wolf's friend. He falls for Mila and she is off limits. Hola is going after what she wants and that's Stone. So let the bad guys come. She got a protector and he's got her heart. Fanfreakingtastic reading from beginning to the end. Loved seeing the whole Sentinel Security crew. I absolutely love this author and everything she writes.

As usual Ms. Hackett has written an exciting thrill ride with a lovely romance to spice it up. I loved that it was a novella but I want to know more about what happens to Nola and Knox!!

I always love any book by Anna Hackett and she doesn’t disappoint with this novella in the Sentinel Security series. I thoroughly enjoyed Nola and Knox’s story. It was fast paced and the action and sex scenes were great! Can’t wait to for her next book which will be about The Fury brothers.

This novella takes us back into NYC and the world of Sentinel Security. This time, we have new Sentinel Security employee, the sexy, silver fox Knox “Stone” Holman. Magnolia Newhouse (Nola), is the baby sister of his fellow employee, Nick Garrick (Wolf), so even though Knox and Nola hit it off when they met, Knox thinks of her as forbidden fruit.
All it takes is for Nola to witness a terrible crime, and for the perpetrators to come after her; suddenly it’s Knox’s mission to keep her safe, and in close proximity…

A fast paced story, this one features plenty of cameos from the Sentinel Security crew and their other halves. There’s plenty of action, as well as some romance, and fans of the original series will definitely enjoy it.
A quick, satisfying romantic suspense for fans of the author, and the series (it can be read as a standalone, but since it does feature a lot of the characters from the Sentinel Security series, it’s better when read after those!).

When Magnolia (Nola) meets a silver fox, retired from the Marines and recently hired by her brother Nick’s security firm she is instantly attracted to Stone. He is ironically just as interested but does not want a long term commitment at 47, at 31 with 32 peeking around the corner her biological clock is ticking. After a shock and life threatening situation they are thrown together in a matter that means life or death if they can’t get to Sentinel. Consumer sexy and worth the read.
