The people running the regular Spider-Man editorial office should pay close attention to this book. The quality is beyond anything published under the 616 banner for Spider-Man in almost 20 years. The art is fantastic. Peter and Mary Jane look the best they've looked in ages. The new designs for the Sinister Six are fantastic.

Hickman's dialogue and character work is exceptional. Everyone feels alive and three-dimensional not like exposition spouting machines. I love that he feels the freedom to chill and hang out in the moment rather than just beat the plot plot plot drum beat.

Jonathan Hickman is really doing his thing here with this variation of the Ultimate Universe.

Highly intriguing and entertaining to see these new variants of the MCU.

Every time I finish an issue I am already wanting to read the next but realize that a month feels like a year.

A great read so far and they haven’t either scratched the surface.

I continue to be so impressed by the clever twists and turns in book. Hickman has a feel for this new world and the characters that pulls you in.

Ultimate is so much better than Amazing Spiderman right now. It is nice to see Spidey get the writing he deserves.
