Great story. The characters are great. Having a story about vampires and werewolves joining together is fantastic. Add in finding love between a witch and a vampire is amazing. Becoming close with family again after a long time absolutely made this book perfect.

Two damaged individuals scratch at each other, annoy each other and ultimately fall for each other after a brush with danger opens their eyes. Their history is explored a little. So you see the growth in them, a good story.

The story had a good Plot. I liked how she worked in some other Characters as well In a way I have not seen before. I really enjoyed it

This was a great story as Lola gets stuck in Scotland with Lachlan to guard her. She’s not happy and just wants to find someone that will love her. He’s determined to never get involved again as he always gets hurt. He’s determined to keep her at arms length. She has a vision of herself kissing Lachlan and is determined that will hot happen but her visions always come true! Will fate give them a push? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

This is the story of Lola, a daughter of Morrigan and an untrained witch. She has been sent to the highlands of Scotland for her protection and is being watched over by vampires. Lachlan had hoped to never set foot in Scotland again but when his sire Darius asked him to protect his wife's sister he had no choice but to agree. He had mixed feelings about Lola. On the one hand, she was a pain in his, er, nether region and on the other hand he wanted to feed from her while...well, you can fill in the blank. When she disappears on Christmas Eve, he knows exactly where to look for her. Unfortunately, getting her back to the castle where he has been living is not going to go exactly as planned. Heck, it isn't going to go at all as planned.

This book rushes right into the two characters falling in love. Also really gives an ick when the author uses the word “retarded” multiple times. The plot had potential but it fell short. I also find it gross that the dude thought of her like a baby cause of the age gap but still wanted to sleep with her constantly. Overall I would not recommend this book.

Lachlan is a vampire mired in the past. When a daughter of Morrigan is placed in his care his world gets set on it's ear. This is a fast read and is a cute Christmas story. Quirky thought for Odin to be Father Christmas.....
