Loved it!! Great readers for the audio book.
Really liked the exploration of the concept of how good people may do things that look illegal, but that doesn’t really make them bad.
Also, this was first book I’ve ever listened to on Audible. It was performed well…and my kids even got into this story!

Not my typical read... Although I read a lot of romance, the storylines are usually intense. This story was different. It is based on a troubled love that had some drama, and although things didn't go as everyone planned, it worked out in the end.
One thing I didn't appreciate was the fact that the people with troubled upbringings ended up with sad fates in the end. While the privileged characters found their happy ending.
Although I would have preferred a different story, it was well written for the type of story it is. Therefore, I had to give it a higher rating. It's not the author's fault I read something outside of the genres I typically enjoy.
