This is book 2 in Bad Men series. Ronan is an ex con who was just released from prison. Roxie was a pastor's daughter who worked at a bed and breakfast. Ronan was a great character: took responsibility for his actions and so protective of those who needed it. Roxie felt stifled by he father and all his expectations. Ronan and Roxie were perfect for each other. Good story.

The author has given us a fast-paced story that pulls us into the lives of Ronan and Roxie. What could an ex-con and a goody-two-shoes have in common? The story keeps us turning the pages with instant connection, dreams of something more than a small town, unfailing support and steam.
