This was EVERYTHING!!! Parker Davis has reached top 5 book boyfriend levels. I could not get enough of the banter between Jace, Matty and Parker. ???? I was laughing so hard I was crying. This book was the perfect recipe of a five star. It had a little bit of everything: heartbreak, humor, devotion, love, obsession, and angst! I wish I could read it for the first time all over again! CR Jane how you have come up with all of these stories and them all being five stars is a gift. I hope you forever keep giving!

Where do I even start? Parker, of course—but how do you begin when the MMC is unhinged in all the best ways? From the moment Parker steps onto the page, he’s the quintessential popular guy: smart, funny, athletic, handsome—you name it. But what sets him apart is that he’s not just a "typical jock" or a reformed player. He’s genuine, loyal, and surrounded by a solid group of friends and brothers. He doesn’t associate with idiots, and I loved that about him.

From the instant he sees Casey, he’s a goner. Literally one look, and he’s all in. Parker’s determination to win Casey over was everything. Sure, some of his stunts were a bit questionable, but his endgame was clear—and he made the chips fall in his favor. I adored how he made it unmistakably clear to everyone that he was off the market, even before Casey officially became his. Watching him shut down any unwanted attention from other girls with zero aloofness or disrespect was refreshing. His devotion to Casey felt genuine, as did his efforts to not just love her but elevate her life.

Parker’s conversation with Ben, where he came to peace with his mom’s decisions, showed a level of emotional maturity that was just the cherry on top of his character.

Then there’s Casey. Sweet, quiet Casey, who’s spent so long in the shadows of her family. Losing her brother was a heavy blow, but it’s clear she was lonely long before that. Enter Gray. Oh, Gray. Casey’s crush on him made her accept crumbs for far too long, convincing herself that he was the sun to her universe. Watching her grow, realize her worth, and step out of her comfort zone was beautiful. I only wish we’d gotten to see more of her confidence by the end. Still, her journey from taking scraps to claiming her worth made her arc satisfying.

Now, about Gray—I never saw him as a real threat to Parker, so this didn’t feel like a love triangle to me (thankfully, because I despise those!). Gray didn’t have a fighting chance. What really irked me about him was how poorly he treated Casey. As her late brother’s best friend, he should have respected her, but instead, he used Ben’s memory as a shield while emotionally neglecting her. Did he even like Casey, or was her crush just a misreading of their history?

Finally, a special shoutout to Jace and Matty. Their bromance is one of the best I’ve read. Jace, with his quirky knock-knock jokes and endearing "stalkerish" tendencies when it comes to his friends, had me grinning from ear to ear.

I absolutely adored this book and would love a novella about Parker and Casey—I can’t get enough of them. Their story left me smiling, swooning, and wanting more!

THE WAY I LOVED THIS BOOK ! You have no idea, it was like the best medicine ever with fun and the right dose of drama like the cherry on top ! There’s something unique in author’s heroes and Parker totally fit into this space PERFECTLY! THE Wrong Quarterback was amazing and I wish I could stay forever in this book, I’m so sad that it’s again to leave another Davis Brother… BUT, Im finishing this book with the biggest heart eyes EVER !

Parker is hilarious in his Davis’ style and I was giggling like a school girl for most parts, HOWEVER ! The depths of emotions that author put into this story is beyond perfect! Maybe it’s an insta love, but it was so well written, author proved again that she’s a true master in her craft. Casey, the heroine is sweet and she captured my heart at the start ! She is truly the one for man like Parker so seeing them both together was soooooo entertaining! I loved every single moment!
