About this item

My BFF sent the hot stranger a voice note...
Of me saying I want to climb him like a tree.
And he just. Texted. Back.

It's the dog's fault, really.
If this untrained Great Dane I'm walking had any manners at all, I never would've ended up here:
With my leash wrapped around the most gorgeous man I've ever seen.

Lucky for me, the guy is a good sport about it.
(Although his joke that “Dogs take after their owners” hits a little too close to home when Rufus starts humping his leg.)
He leaves me with his business card and a smile that makes my knees weak.

I'm still pinching myself as me and the bestie resume our walk.
“Methinks you had a little crush on him,” she accuses.
Not thinking and a little flustered by the whole experience, I reply, “I’d wrap my legs around his waist tighter than that leash.”

THAT'S when she reveals that she'd been recording my response.
THAT'S when she gives me the most devilish grin I've ever seen and says, “You're welcome.”
And THAT'S when she hands me my phone and reveals...

She sent the recording to him.

My heart is in my throat as those three little dots appear…
Then a text.
PROVE IT.”

Inked Adonis is Book 1 of the Litvinov Bratva duet. The story concludes in Book 2, Inked Athena.

Again Nicole Fox loves to leave her readers on their toes! What a whirl wind of drama and love. These are one of those stories where you can’t wait for the ending but also don’t want it to end!

HEA - in part 2 of the duet
    Dual 1st person POV

Nova is clumsy and awkward, and I relate so much to her. It was really easy to get sucked into the story and to want to know what happens next.

Inked Adonis starts with a scene straight out of a rom-com but quickly veers into a seductive and thrilling world of secrets, danger, and sizzling chemistry. Nova’s mortifying voice-recording mishap sets the stage for what initially feels like a light-hearted romance, but as the story unfolds, the stakes get higher—and the tension hotter.

The “hot stranger” isn’t just any good-nature person; he’s Samuil Litvinov, a mysterious alpha male with ties to the shadowy Bratva underworld. What begins as an awkward yet electric meet-cute transforms into a tantalizing dance of desire, trust, and danger. Samuil’s duality—his charm mixed with the dark, brooding edge of his criminal world—makes him a compelling and irresistible.

Nova on the other hand is refreshingly relatable, bringing humor and heart to a plot thick with intrigue. Her journey from an awkward dog walker to someone entangled in a web of passion and peril is both gripping and empowering. Her untrained Great Dane, Rufus, serves as both a comic relief and the unintentional catalyst for life-altering events.

This book delivers everything: laugh-out-loud moments, steamy encounters, and a suspenseful undercurrent that keeps you on edge. The chemistry between the leads is electric, and the gradual unveiling of Samuil’s world leaves you hungry for more.

As the first installment of the Litvinov Bratva duet, Inked Adonis ends on a tantalizing cliffhanger that will have readers immediately reaching for Inked Athena. If you love stories with an alpha hero, a strong heroine, and a mix of humor, heat, and high-stakes drama, this one’s for you. A must-read for fans of romantic suspense and mafia romance!

5.0 out of 5 stars Cliffhanger ending, but oh so good!

You know those action-packed movies that make your head go in one direction and your heart in another? This is one of those, but in book form.

I have gotten CONSTANTLY annoyed by the temperance of our FMC. Constantly. Annoyed. Why? Because her naivety is astounding to the point of excess. For someone who has been through the ringer when it comes to trauma from her past, she sure does set herself up to continue to do so in her present and, from what it seems to be after this cliff-hanger of an ending, also in her future.

    If she has one.

I'm not going to lie, I'm TICKED that it's a cliff-hanger ending but at the same time, I'm heading straight into the second book. My fingers are crossed there won't be another cliff-hanger at the end of that one but something tells me this story is going to be long and drawn out, just the way a series ought to be.

I fell in love with Nova as she struggles with walking a great dane named Rufus along with other dogs for her job with her best friend, Hope when Rufus takes off to grind against Samuil sitting on a park bench. What follows next is a spicy conversation that elevates your amusement as the sparks arc between Nova and Sam who gives her his business card to follow up on said conversation. What Hope does next is instigate a txt between the two while Rufus is the perfect foil to bring them together in a sizzling encounter. When Nova is seen with Sam’s ex-wife, and Rufus’ owner, Sam takes matters in to his own hands by kidnapping Nova and Rufus. The Jekyll and Hyde effect of Sam’s changing moods with Nova has you hating and loving him, and I love how Nova is his perfect mate to push back at his overbearing ways and keep her head in the game. Add to the the plot an insufferable bratva father and his favored younger brother who try to take over Sam’s reign as pakhan while jeopardizing Nova’s credibility with his ex-wife’s exploit, and Nova’s father and brothers on the take from a rival bratva and you’ll be turning the pages!

Wow is all I can say. I could not put this book down once I started reading it. I love how the book started off. It had me laughing throughout the first few pages. I could just picture everything that was happening and all the feeling that went with each scene. As I continued to read, the story line kept me captivated forcing me to pick the book up any chance I could get. The story was well thought out and it ended with such a cliffhanger I had to pick up the second book immediately. The characters really changed and grew with each page of the book. I felt every emotion, including the fights and romance throughout this book. I can not wait to read the next part of this fantastic book.
