I am so glad I bought these books. I can't wait to try the recipes. I haven't really cooked in a very long time. I am a trained pastry chef but I just got tired of cooking. These books have given me my old excitement again. So thank you very much.

Everyone likes to dine out every once in a while—a date night with a significant other, a family dinner at a nice restaurant, lunch out or coffee with friends at a local café, or even a quick drive-by at a favorite fast food place. There’s just something about eating out that, whether alone or with friends, makes eating all the more enjoyable. Maybe you think that you’ll never be able to recreate the food you order at Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Chipotle, or Applebee’s. So, you go in there, wait in line for what seems like an eternity, and then pay for food that you know is way overpriced.
But what if you didn’t have to go through all that? No leaving the house, no waiting in line, and no spending money on expensive food—just the amazing taste of your beloved restaurant dishes and the satisfaction that you could recreate them in your kitchen.

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting
Have always checked out "copycat" recipe books to see if they come close to the real thing, fortunately this set has made me very happy. Many of the recipes are spot on & it's great to be able to make these favorites at home w/o unknown ingredients, and am able to make many of them more Healthy-ish, lol.

Copycat Recipes Box Set 3 Books in 1: Making Restaurants’ Most Popular Recipes at Home by Lina Chang looks like a great copycat recipe book. There are tons of recipes from the most popular restaurants and fast-food places. One of my favorites is in there - Olive Gardens’ Zuppa Tuscana. I’ve been making that for years and it’s wonderful. I can’t wait to try some of the others included in this book. I have so many picked out already to try soon. I love the way they are arranged by categories in the 3 books. Think of all the money you will save making these easy dishes at home!

1.0 out of 5 stars Not terribly impressed.
Edited to add: I was incorrect about the pizza recipe. It does state the tomato in instructions; however, I still stand firm that the Mongolian beef recipe is unusable.
I'm starting to meal plan my week and decided to include a couple recipes from my new book: CKP california club pizza and PF Chang's Mongolian Beef. These are the first recipes I choose and both have errors.
The Mongolian beef ingredients are messed up and don't make sense. It says "two teaspoons", but not what you are supposed to use 2 teaspoons of. Then it says to use 1/2 tsp of chopped ginger and then 1 tbsp of diced ginger. I'm guessing it's 1 tbsp of garlic instead of ginger? Then it says " 1/2 soy sauce". I'm assuming 1/2 CUP. How am I supposed to use this recipe? I had to google another one to use instead. SMH.
The California Club Pizza recipe calls for a sliced tomato in the ingredients but it's not mentioned again. I don't know whether to add it before baking or after?
I don't have too much hope for the rest of the recipes if the first recipes I use both have errors. I'm really disappointed, especially since I've purchased many of her other books. I can't believe she charges money for these....
