    Cathy worked to get the Inn up and running, she cleaned for days and read all she could on how to run the Inn. She is having her first guests and Anne asks her did she warn Julie they were coming to stay, and she had not done that, Anne convinces her she needs to do that. She goes to Julia room to tell her, she is not happy about it at all, she is angry Cathy waited this long to tell her that. She asks her to not be rude to her guests, and don't take all the food she puts out for breakfast The guests arrive and so far, so good. Thomas the man she met on the beach, shows up and wants to stay at the Inn, is not sure how long he will stay, he seems to want to hang around Cathy. At dinner Juile shows up and get to talking to Thomas about England and other countries they both visited, she showed a whole other side of herself to Cathy. Very good story I am liking it; the characters are all so likeable even Julia is showing good things now. I am hoping she keeps opening up we see a different Julie.

    Cathy's grandmother's old & dearest friends start to open up a little. I wonder if she may end up being a relative to Cathy's grandmother but then if that is so where has she been all of Cathy's life? There are secrets to be told yet and I am waiting to hear what they are. I would have liked a better description of the end to visualize it more. One moment they make it sound really old, but then they say what a beautiful Inn it is. But moving on, I cannot wait to find the secrets and see how everyone deals with it. Is it much money so Cathy never has to worry about working again, or will Cathy at this age have to work hard to keep the end making money? The world awaits? It's an enjoyable read so far. I received an ARC copy but I have voluntarily left this review.

    I received a ARC and am leaving this review voluntarily. Cathy has opened the inn to guests. She and Julie have a small breakthrough and Julie has offered some advice when she sees Cathy do something that be different from what her grandmother would have done, progress for these two. Things are going fairly smoothly at the inn until the washing machine goes kaput. Although this is a slight inconvenience to the guests and could be an issue with having enough clean linens, a repairman is coming the next day. Cathy’s friend, Anne assures her she is overreacting to this small issue due to the other stressors in her life. Another wrinkle….Thomas has arrived and is staying at the inn and has asked Cathy out on a dinner date. Just before she is due to meet Thomas, Cathy’s ex-husband shows up at the inn. What will happen now? Can’t wait for the next book to come out to find out.

    Cathy goes back-and-forth on whether to open the inn or not.
    She finally decides that it is exactly what she's going to do Cathy and Julie finally have some moments where they get along and prepare for the opening.
    Just as things are going forward who ends up showing up at the inn? Hunter!
    Can wait to see what happens next?

    Cathy and Connie are trying to figure out Julia.
    And, Cathy is trying to decide what to do about the Inn.
    She accidently meets Thomas at the bar and they drink and talk until 2 A.M.
    The next morning, Cathy calls the Lawyer and says she's going to keep the Inn!!!! We are on a roll.
