    L????VE, L????VE, L????VE the Greene Mountain Boys Series!! Olivia could keep writing in this world and I would be so happy, I want to move there...lol... It is about a Fire Chief and a Police Officer. Their meet-cute is the annual charity softball game between the fire and police departments. Graham is the silver fox fire chief and Cara is the newly transferred police officer. They have instant chemistry. Graham is in his early 50s and Cara is in her early 30s. (We still have an ägë-gäp romance! ????) Graham is a protector in all the best ways. Cara is a star pitcher and decimated the fire department - love to see her take them all down. Classic Olivia's HEA, Future Epilogues... and the cover is absolutely gorgeous! ???? Treat yourself to reading this book, you will enjoy it!

    This is book 11 in Greene Mountain Boys series. Tropes: age gap, Fire Chief, police officer, and instalove. Graham and Cara has an instant connection. Cara is a strong capable woman who can handle the roughness of being a police officer. I liked how Graham loved her being strong even though that was one of Cara's insecurities. Good addition to the series.

    As we always get from Olivia, this was a super sweet, super hot, age gap, holy big mountain man!, instalove, OTT, possessive romance. What I loved that was a little different about this one from previous books in this series is that the FMC Cara is a cop, she’s very physically strong and is actually self-conscious of that, having found in her past that her muscles, although helpful for her job, are not perceived as sexy or desirable by men. Of course, our hero Fire Chief Graham, finds this one of the sexiest things about Cara and makes sure she understands it.

    Awesome quick read! Very well written and edited. I definitely recommend.

    I loved this new addition to the mountain men. Graham is an alpha silver fox who knows Cara is the one as soon as she walks on the field. He is confident and is supportive of her sound her job as a police officer and shows her she is beautiful as she is. Couldn’t put it down and was smiling while I was reading it. When a book makes me happy while reading it I know I will be reading it again and again.

    Graham and Cara had an amazing first encounter. The man couldn't keep his eyes off Cara, and Cara couldn't stop daydreaming about Graham. I love a good silver fox romance. They were adorable together. I loved how Graham loved Cara's muscles and wouldn't let her hide from showing them off during their date. Ugh! I loved that so much.

    It doesn’t matter that it is 15 degrees outside, because this book has heated up the air surrounding me. Not only is “Striking Out In The Mountain” an AWESOME book with a WONDERFUL storyline, it has steam enough to melt the snow.
    The characters have warmth and are well-written.
    Cara is PHENOMENAL, she is strong and proud of her body.
    Graham is INCREDIBLE with his HOT body, protective mode, and kindness.
    This is a standalone with no cliffhanger.

    Emotionally rich and steamy story. As always OTT delivers all the feels. Graham, the fire chief, meets Cara, a new police officer at a charity baseball game and the sparks immediately start flying. Graham is sigh worthy romantic and the story resonates even after you finish. As always, the epilogues are the icing on the cake!.
