    simply put, this was short and straight to the point. just the way i LOVE my novellas to be. Elle’s attention to the fine details as this story unfolds captivated me as a reader, making it hard for me to put down. & as sad as i was that the story came to an end, i was equally satisfied with how beautifully written it was.

    I enjoy Elle's books but this was a pleasant surprise. A quick and to the point novella with plenty of spice! I definitely think she should write full length paranormal romances....this was a good first book.

    This was such a good book! I could have read a whole novel but this novella hit the stop less than 100 pages, I definitely recommend reading.

    The first 60% of this book was amazing. I was locked in trying to figure out what happened to Zuri & Malachi... why were her parents so cold/distant. Why weren’t they together, etc. However, the last 40% book felt so rushed, I finished this book with so many questions & not enough answers. It almost felt incomplete, I know it was a novella but I genuinely needed more.

    This was my first paranormal read, and I loved it!!! I was so into this that I forgot to eat. Oh my, the "nice kitty" took me out. This book had me intrigued from beginning to end. I needed a little more! Awesome, just awesome. I will re-read this. It's just that good.

    Elle Kayson wrote the heck out of this book. I need so many more pages. This was way too short but I loved this paranormal read. It's a good one for someone just getting into paranormal romance and likes a little smut with it. Absolutely great read
