    Thoroughly enjoyed this masterpiece!! Started it the night before I went to have gall bladder surgery, to relax me so I could sleep and found myself still reading at 3:30am! I reluctantly put it down to be continued later!

    I have now finished it and found it a great mystery to be enjoyed by many! I love Fern Michaels' books! Always well done! Never have to read a review, just know they will be a good read! Oh, and the surgery turned out well! Had lots of prayers!

    Facebook kept me reading, through a power outage! It kept you guessing till the very end. I actually thought for most of the book it was going to be Mallory that was the guilty one, but a good surprise ending was had.

    I love her books. They have just the right amount of mystery for me and enough romance. When I read Fern’s books, I can’t put them down. I recommend them to everyone!

    I kept waiting for a guest list, and reading, and waiting and waiting....Aha! Towards the end the guest list appeared, but I still had a hard time putting the plot and title together. This is the story of two sisters of a wicked mother, a wicked stepmother, and of the man who loved them all. I found the plot interesting, but the book too long. I knew halfway through who the perpetrator of murder and mayham would eventually turn out to be. The clues were right in front of their noses, but the sisters had blinders on. Typical ending - good triumphs over evil. I'm still trying to think of a better title that relates to the story.....

    I needed a break from the serious writings I have been reading. This was an easy read, not deep, but one you want ton keep reading. I turn to her books because they do not disappoint.
