The story grips you from the first chapter and holds tight to the very end. The author did a great job of creating tension and suspense. The characters were real living breathing humans. Flawed and genuine at the same time. I was surprised that Ada had a whole other side to her character. I really enjoyed this story.

I really enjoyed this book. The storyline was great. And I loved the suspense. It kept me engaged, wanting to know how it would end. I'm looking forward to reading more from this author.

I was not expecting where this was going, but it made me think about relationships and how we think about others. Sometimes we make assumptions because people hide how they feel—not necessary intentionally, but for fear of what others will think of us. Very well-written and consuming.

I enjoyed this thriller. There were so many twists, turns, and heart racing moments that it was easy to read. Rarely am I satisfied with book endings but this one’s was satisfactory.
This antagonist was perfect. Very believable and interesting to read about.
A few moments that made me go “why”
but it was all in good entertainment.

I read reviews before I read this book. Many people said it had the F word way too much. I expected to find it filled with foul language. That is so not the case. I think it was used perfectly and appropriately probably less than many people use it every day. I really liked this book, the characters, had depth, and the book was well written. I find often with this genre of book that there are a lot of wasted words to make it longer, but that is not the case with this book if you like thrillers, I think you’ll like this book. Happy reading.
