Great characters and a beautiful love story

I enjoyed this book and all the characters. The love between Colby and Morgan is beautiful and uncomplicated until it isn’t. Beverly’s story is full of some triggers but she is a strong woman. I would definitely recommend reading this book. Trigger warnings for mental health, suicide, and abuse.

Mr. Sparks has done it again!! Loved this story, so believable. Music, love, tragedy all heart just like all of his stories before.
Please continue to write these beautiful heartfelt novels. It makes such an impact every time I read one of your books!!

Two Stories Become One

I thought it interesting there there appeared to be 2 separate books. But as you finished chapters in book 1 and moved to book 2, you’re so enthralled in what you’re reading you forget there’s a separate storyline. Then it all comes together in a way that’s so unexpected- then you realize all along you knew. You sneaky little devil, Mr. Sparks! Thoroughly enjoyed every second of the read!

I am a humongous Sparks fan, but this novel took effort to read. I never have a problem reading his books and finishing them in a day; however this one did not hold my attention. I made a point to finish it, but it’s definitely not my favorite. I was disappointed. The two stories were very differing and it just felt like I was reading two different stories the entire time.

Romantic, not racy.
Demonstrating unconditional love and prioritizing the importance of family.
I think this is my favorite Nick Sparks story.
I wish I could have heard more about Morgan's cabin in MN since I live here :)

This story was actually 2 different stories merged into one. It was confusing until the end. It felt like it dragged on at time. But then I was determined to finish it. I am glad I finished!
