Kandi Steiner's "A Love Letter to Whiskey" completely wrecked me. The emotional whiplash this book put me through was insane. I have to apologize to the friends that I sent video updates to cause those poor souls probably were so concerned about my mental wellbeing. I was left completely crippled from the rollercoaster of feelings.
The only words that I’ve found that accurately describe this book to me are “Devastatingly beautiful”.
The story follows the relationship between B and Jamie, two souls whose connection is as intoxicating as whiskey itself. Steiner's writing is immersive, pulling you into the highs and lows of their journey with a buzz you never come down from.
