I bought this specific ice cream recipe book for my niece and nephew with their new Ninja Creamii machine. My choice after reading many reviews was on behalf of my niece who cannot have dairy.
This has been the perfect choice for them. I got the spiral, which is well-made, sturdy pages, great
color photos and easy to follow recipes to make. They love the book and especially all the extra
tips for non-dairy choices as well as making with dairy. Highly recommend this book for anyone that
owns a Ninja. I am going to order for myself now. Great price and Ninja orientated product as expected.

My Creami came without any instructions! So this had many helpful hints. I found a few easy recipes that I enjoy, but it gave me several ideas that I used to make my own flavors of ice cream and sorbets. So I would recommend this book to a beginner, because it has helpful hints and can give a person great ideas to make their own recipes.

Not sure how I feel just yet I am new at making ice cream with the ninja. I almost sent it back. I want to make homemade healthy ice cream not all lactose free but pretty much. I decided to keep it and maybe work around some of the recipe. FYI
I have celiac disease ???? with a lactose intolerance.
This is why i bought the 200 dollar Ice cream maker lol. I am having a hard time eating store bought junk. Way many ingredients and most of the time wheat and gluten.
