5.0 out of 5 stars Complete Series - MUST READ

This series has completely taken over my life. I started out with this one on a random recommendation on booksta, and wow. This series is everything. Book 3 left us on yet another cliffhanger and Book 4 picked us up right there, ready to ROLL. Thea continues to be my favorite FMC - and especially now with her new power, she is ready to get back what's hers.

Wilder is more and more and more of a freaking winner of an MMC every step of the way has Thea's back. He stands by her side and lets her be the warrior she was always meant to be.
Yes, there are steamy scenes that are some of the BEST I've read, but the relationship between our MCs along the way is sweet, romantic, full on emotional, and makes those scenes that much better.

Trauma is a big player here between both Thea's and Wilder's experiences at the end of book 3 and it was so impactful reading them trying to figure out how to navigate that together, along with finally discussing the fate that's been hanging between them throughout the series.

And the SIDE CAST????? Literally have never read a better side cast - easily on the level of the inner circle and I'd argue better because they have so many different personalities. Kipp and Cal are absolutely adorable and wonderful, the truest of friends to our dear Thea, and always strike a beautiful balance between the comic relief and the fearsome warriors in their own right. Anya, Wren, Torj, even Vernich, are all interesting and hold their own within an already outstanding cast.

Puh-lease read this series, because it is perfect. Everything you ever wanted.

4.0 out of 5 stars Solid ending to a good series

4/5 ⭐️
Spice: 2/5 ????️

Thea and Wilder are a match made in warrior heaven and I love it. Thea is a woman who knows her worth, what she wants, and isn’t afraid to put it out there. Having an FMC who isn’t meek is always great but having on who is forward with her choices and her men? ????

Wilder became a bit of a love sick puppy in this book and that’s one of my few reasons for a 4/5 ⭐️ rating. In the first books, wilder was untamable, gruff, and slightly reckless. However, in this book he’s a bit distraught and only able to focus on the pending doom and Theas fate stone.

While the battles were good, they were faster paced than I would have liked. The ending was great though and I can’t wait to read about the bear slayer and a certain alchemist in the next series ❤️

This is the most amazing series. Period!!

With the latest, and last (boo) book, Thea's time is running short to save the midrealms, as her name day is looming.

Thea's progression and development from alchemist to badass female warrior is nothing short of inspiring. She's unapologetically brutal and fierce; she is cemented as one of my favorite FMCs ever. Wilder struggles with his own challenges and traumas yet he is always a step behind Thea, supporting her and ready to catch her if she stumbles while not undermining her own personal power. Helen has also created the most colorful side characters, Kipp and Cal being obvious favorites.
I loved the transition of the relationship between Thea, Wren and Anya throughout the book. Learning who each other is as well as their strengths and weaknesses in order to reach a common goal of saving the midrealms.

I knew back in Book 3, I was curious about Wren and Torj. THANKFULLY, there is a note from Helen at the end they are getting their own book. I imagine it will be a lot like "Slaying the Shadowprince," which is Drue and Talemir's story. Side note: if you haven't read that, do yourself a favor. You will get glimpses of young Wilder and a fully in the action, Mal.

The Legends of Thezmarr is truly one of the best epic fantasy romance series out there. I will die on this hill.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect conclusion to must read romantasy series!

The final book in this series was INCREDIBLE. It was action packed from the start, picking up right where the third book left off. All the loose ends were tied up, and I have a feeling we will see these characters again ????????

The action packed battle scenes are some of the most well-written I’ve ever read. Helen does an excellent job of describing the violence and gore while also demonstrating Thea’s badassery. I felt like I was in here in the midst of battle. The amount of character growth from Thea between book 1 and book 4 is crazy. She got on my nerves with her naivety and stubbornness in books 1 and 2, but she grows and is self aware in books 3 and 4. She has definitely become one of my favorite badass FMCs. Wilder is perfect as usual (the man is flawless and has never done anything wrong imo) and the steamy scenes are chef’s kiss perfection ???????????????????? Plus all of the side characters are flawless as well, like the found family is just perfection. I can’t get over these characters, I want to be friends with them all.

The plot, the action, the romance, the characters, just everything about this book was flawless. A perfect ending to an amazing series. I laughed, I cried, I sweated during the spicy scenes, I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Can’t wait to see what’s next for my friends in Thezmarr ????⚔️⚡️

This was a great ending to this series. Although I will say I was hoping they would at least get married. Battle scenes were on point. Highly recommend reading these books!
