    Fated mates find each other as the snow leopard hunts down his mate who has gone off to die. She knows that she has a deadly untreatable, disease and wants to go to the mountains to die. Airplane ride, jumping out of an airplane, tracking through mountains, looking through caves and he finally finds her. This is a suspenseful book.

    Trudi, Hamish, Elle and Rab’s story is one of two sets of couples linked by a devastating disease and the rush for a cure before the women die. Trudi and Elle are Tasmanian devil shifters and both have the beginnings of the disease. A cure is found, but Elle has gone into the Australian outback to die. Enter Rab a snow leopard who is tasked with getting the cure to Elle before she dies. This is a truly well written storyline with all the “feels”, you want everything to pan out and everyone to get their happily ever after. Not as much intrigue as we usually see in Delta James books, but lots of heart ! 4✨’s

    Tasked to find the sister of his friend's mate, Rab hunts his quarry through the wilds of Tasmania. Elle has chosen to cross over in the place she loves most, filled with memories of her parents and her sister Trudi. Scenting his mate, Rab won't stop until he has marked and claimed her for his own. She'll revel in the pleasure brought by her mate and never give another thought to the disease that was slowly stealing her life force. Steamy as any DJ tale and a good short read.

    This was a fast moving quick read. Trudi and Hamish are on their way back to Tasmania with a serum that will help cure the shifters of the disease that will kill them. When they arrive they discover that Elle her sister left to go and die. She has the disease. Snow leopard Rab is tasked with finding her and they discover that they are fated mated.

    This is Rab and Ellie's story. Rab is part of Hamish's clan and Ellie is Trudi's sister. Their story in the wilderness was good. Ellie is infected with the disease that affects the Tasmanian Devils and goes off to be by herself. Hamish asks Rab to go after her. The two characters bump heads and run through the wilderness. It's a nice story. The part where Trudi and Hamish are in seems to throw the story off. They are only at the beginning and the end.

    Another side story from the Otter Cove/Mystic River collaboration. Finally finding the serum to cure the cancerous disease of the Tasmanian Devils, Trudy heads to Tasmania. Her sister, Elle starting to feel the effects of the disease takes off into the wilderness to succumb and face her death. Rag is sent to retrieve Elle and administer the serum before it’s too late.
