About this item

Dark secrets. Missing girls. Buried Bones.

Forsyth’s Purple Palace is more than the home of the King and Princes of East End. It’s a place known for elegant parties, deep tradition, loyalty, and family.

But most of all, creation.

Rub away the gold and it’s nothing but a tarnished house of horrors built on the souls of its victims-and I refuse to allow my son to be next.

My Princes, Whitaker, Pace, and Lex, are good at many things, but knowing how to be a parent isn’t one of them. What they do know is how to create, how to protect, and how to draw secrets out of terrible men.

Right now, the man locked in the dungeon beneath the Palace’s floors is the most dangerous it's ever seen: Our father, Rufus Ashby.

He succeeded in having me bred and impregnated.

He successfully broke his sons down, one manipulation after the other.

But what he can’t have is our baby, the future heir of East End. Our legacy.

Princes of Legacy is book 9 in the contemporary, dark, reverse harem, traumatic romance, Royals of Forsyth U series by best-selling authors, Angel Lawson and Samantha Rue. Please read the foreword or go to our website for all content information and details.

The wait for the next book in Forsyth is always brutal (would we have it any other way). Samgel make this wait WORTH IT EVERYTIME! I read this last prince book as slowly as possible lol. It took me 3 days of reading a couple chapters at a time to savor every moment.

Between the suspense, action, love, spice, and secrets… this book has it all!! You get to see glimpses of the lords and dukes. We get monarch time, and we get some time with the generation of women from the past. We get all the answers we’ve been looking for (or at least most), and we get to see a side of the matriarch we’ve never seen before. Mama B was something fierce in this book. I love that we got an in-depth look into her story, and the love she has for Verity. I’m totally in love. Verity is so strong in this book. She mends all the fences to pave the way for her child’s future. The guys have come into their own in this book. No more questions or suspicions, they love her and this family. The ties that bind in this world are strong and twisting. I love how everyone is connected, and the newfound peace they are trying to create. The baby’s name was absolutely perfect! The last half of this book was so hard to read at a slow pace, and once I hit 70%, I couldn’t take it slow lol I devoured the rest. It’s so damn good. I was laughing, crying, and held in suspense in the last part. The best part about this book is, I still don’t have a favorite prince! In the lords and dukes books, I knew right away my favorites were Rath and Remy, but I truly love all of the princes. Every time one of them made me think I love him the other would do something that got my attention. Verity is an absolutely queen. This is my favorite book in the series so far! I will be surprised if the houses in the future can overtake this one for me. I cannot thank you ladies enough for this series. It is one of the best series I have ever read, and I can’t wait for the Barons!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Perfect Legacy for the Princes

The Royals of Forsyth books are above and beyond amazing! But Princes of Legacy has a special place in my heart. Just like Verity, I was twenty two weeks at the start of this book. I actually got pregnant while listening to the audio of Princes of Ash. This book had me feeling all kinds of things! It is dark and suspenseful and emotional and spicy and funny. I cried, I laughed, I gasped! The tr@uma continues for this group but they all grow through it together. Wick especially has a lot of emotional growth and the best one liners. Seeing Pace get some answers is awesome. Lex getting to be Dr. Daddy is perfect. The spice and all the k!nks are top notch! Watching Verity become a mom and a Queen was everything I’d hoped for and more. I was so happy to see Ashby get what was coming to him. It was exciting to see all the secrets come to light. As always, Samgel k!lled it. Their writing is so high quality! I can’t wait for the Barons and justice for all the missing girls and Mayfield victims.

The writing and psychology is so good, it's what keeps me reading the Forsyth series. I'm still not sure how I feel about the Princes, i understand now why they behaved the way they did but it was so so terrible, I can't just accept they were lost little boys and Verity's acceptance of them still makes me uneasy and was what I feared... massive trauma bonding and Stockholm's. She should've been so traumatized after the royal cleansing I struggle with her embracing them or even sex in general ever again.
I hope Verity does away with the baby bs for the next princess, pushing "creation" in college is ridiculous and where are all the babies born from this in the past? Who raised them? While it's clear that the princes care about Verity I still feel like they're more into her when she's pregnant and it's some point that's not gonna be a possibility anymore. Then what? Also you bleed for six weeks after you have a baby and Lex goes down on her after three weeks saying she's lightly bleeding is far-fetched. I'm also surprised the prince's care so much about creation when it was shoved down their throat so much by Ashby. That whole mantra grosses me out. The PNZ's weekly gifts forcing her to relive her trauma saying "may she reign," I hated it.

There's still so much not discussed, like the lack of caring what the next lady, princess, duchess, etc will go thru as she's still pushed to be with 3 men, if the Monarch's really cared about women they'd get rid of the practice. I'm not liking that the new Baroness was kidnapped by unknown people, most likely victimized, washed up in the river then forced in a reverse harem to 4 barons and marry the king. Not sure how I feel about that up coming story.

I want justice for Mama B and I want all the men that raped her to burn, sounds like Rory's dad was in on that too and he acted like it was just a good time.. gross.

I absolutely cannot stand what Wicker went thru and I want everyone at Mayfield to burn as well as the whole pedophile system there. There's so much work to be done. I would think Verity would still be getting calls from previous clients who want to rent Wicker. I got the impression Wickers mother is still alive, will they see her? I want to know more about Lex's parents.

I still hate the way women are treated in this whole series, I know the women are working on changing it but it's so so bad and dehumanizing. Verity's story took the cake and so much needs addressed in East End, it's a disgusting mentality that flourishes there.
