    I bought it to cook my shake and bake pork chops in the oven and I love it, my pork chops cooked nice and crispy, easy to use easy to clean it’s sturdy, worth the money, storing it is perfect if you don’t have a clutter space which I don’t, so far it works really good.     I air fried my salmon slab in the oven and the rack worked perfectly. I rubbed a little avocado oil on the grill first and there was minimal sticking. Great pan! It's large enough to hold a salmon slab cut in half and then placed side by side. Very sturdy pan. Wish they also had a larger size.

    I love cooking meats on it to drain the grease away. Cleans up good but I have always sprayed with cooking spray as well never used with out it.used for burgers, brat's,ribs all kinds of things.

    We were using a disposable aluminum pan for bacon before. This pan makes the bacon crispy and the grease drains away to the bottom. Nice product!!

    We like to cook chicken wings on this so that they don’t sit in the juice and are able to get crispy. It’s also great for garlic bread!

    The pan is indeed non-stick and works very well. The rack however, is not non-stick. The product description indicates that both are non-stick. It does not specifically say the rack is non-stick but the inference is there.
