Easy to use. An extra pitcher would allow for making multiple beverages for a gathering or just to have in the fridge. They are sold separately but silly pricey. Does don't work with old Mr. Iced tea maker accessories by a couple millimeters (has to be by design) so no interchangeability with past products.
