I've been using these for a few years now. In all that time only one of the 7 I've owned have broke, and that was after repeated drops. It happened to land right on the edge of the glass onto a tile surface. Rough luck. The quality of this product is top notch. I love the bamboo lid; it doesn't sit to tight. However, some could see it as being slightly loose (especially after repeated use). If you turn it upside down to fast the lid could potentially fall off, or at least leak through the straw. I've tipped my tumbler over a few times, and found that only a few drops come out (unless the lid is knocked off). The colors are true to what you see advertised, and the silicone feels soft but durable. These aren't great for hot drinks; I worry about it shattering if I pour in hot liquid, and I would definitely NOT microwave it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

These bottles are great for taking my iced coffee on the go with me. The lid has a nice seal, the color is really pretty and the size is perfect. The glass thick and easy to clean.

Using this cup as I type this now! Perfect cup for me! Love having a glass cup (for health reasons) with 3/4 sleeve to protect it but I can still see inside. Love the bamboo lid (yay for no plastic waste) silicone underside of cap is great so no plastic there to touch/leech into water. Cup size is perfect. Has measurements on side. Only 16-22oz is visible above sleeve but that’s fine with me because I just want to track my total refill 3-4 times a day. Cup holds 22oz without spilling, and fits in cup holder of my 2010 GMC. Also fits in side pocket of my diaper bag backpack. I prefer drinking from straws so this is perfect for me. I would love a silicone or glass straw option in the future, but I’ll swap the two that came with the cup out on my own time. Straw insert has silicone flap to prevent splash back, secures straw nicely and does its job. Dishwasher safe cup is a HUGE must for me, and this one washes great in dishwasher, already washed 3-4 times. I hand wash the lid no problem, there are not a lot of cracks or crevices so it’s a quick wash/rinse. Color options are adorable as well, was happy that there were so many color options, plan to buy another in lavender!
UPDATE: sadly, this cup cracked when it lightly tapped the dishwasher rack (says dishwasher safe) as I was pulling it out of the wash. It is a thicker glass so I did not expect this. Anyways, I emailed the seller and they contacted me back within 24 hours and they replaced my cup! That was so nice of them and I truly appreciated that!

I've loved using this tumbler so far. I don't really have too much to complain about. I do think the lid design takes away from the amount of liquid you can put inside. That would be my biggest complaint. I also want to note that because this isn't an insulated type of tumbler, it does produce a lot of condensation with cold drinks. It's not an issue for me personally, but it might be a deal breaker for some. If that's important to you, I'd suggest looking for something else. Besides those things, I'm very happy. I love the color, the comfort of holding it, the design of the straw hole, and that it's one more simple thing I can do to help the environment and reduce waste. :) Another note, I haven't had an issues with mold in the lid. Yet, at least. I saw a review about someone having that issue but I've been careful with washing it and have made sure not to soak or submerge it (the lid) in water. I assume that's probably what caused it for them. If I have any issues, I'll update!

Update 1/8/23: nothing really important to update here but just wanted to add that they give you two straws. I had forgotten that but found the box I kept to answer a question and discovered the extra straw. :) Also wanted to add that I like that you can finish a drink with ease with this cup. With a lot of cups you have to tilt it or maneuver the straw around to get that very last sip, but the way this cup/straw is designed, you can get every last drop without a struggle. It still catches me by surprise sometimes, haha. Anyway, still haven’t had any issues yet! Again, I’ll update if I do.

I am very clumsy and have knocked over countless glasses of water by my bedside in the middle of the night when I am thirsty. Also, I’ve spilled water directly onto my face in the middle of the night, which is no fun. I bought this and I’m in love. It is so easy to reach over and pick it up and sip without even lifting my head off the pillow. No spillage! Also, the rubber sleeve provides great tread. It doesn’t easily slide or fall if I happen to knock my hand into it. Another bonus is that it protects my water from insects or dust that might get into it. Also, it is just super cute!

I received this cup and was sooo obsessed. It’s so pretty! I was on my third use of the cup when the drink I poured into it started spilling out the bottom all over the place. The glass had someone broken from the little hole at the bottom. Cup has been hand washed. Very disappointed.

I have this in a 20 ounce tumbler and love it! Sturdy and good quality. Just be careful to dry the bottom completely because over time, it did started to develop a little bit of mold; but it can be easily cleaned if you stretch the silicone a bit. You also have to thoroughly clean the straw with a thin brush.
