I love using this parchment paper. One less thing I have to worry about and so thankful that these exist. I don't use other brands. This is it. Plus they're available in stores near me and maybe near yours.

The one thing I will say is that the cutting edge doesn't actually help to cut the paper to your desired length, just doesn't. No matter how much I try. I always have to reach for my trusty ol' kitchen scissors, but this alone is not enough for me to knock it down a star, or stop using them.

Buy it. Your health and planet will be thankful.

If You Care brand unbleached parchment paper is a better alternative, as bleached parchment paper when heated can leach chemicals called dioxins. I feel better knowing I'm not cooking and ingesting chemicals. Works great!

I didn't get this parchment for culinary use, and haven't tried it for that purpose. I got it for use on a heat press, to protect DTF transfers from direct contact with the hot top platen. I first tried using this for a second press, after removing the backing from transfers already applied. It works great to remove the plasticky shine and give the design a more matte finish. I was using a Teflon sheet for the first press, but now I don't even use the Teflon for that - this parchment is thick enough to use for both first and second press - when initially applying the transfer, and when reheating it after the transfer is applied and the backing removed to set the finish. I've only had to use one sheet so far. Over and over, I've used it over 50 times and it's still as good as new. This one roll of parchment is looking like it's going to last me for years! If you're on here trying to find a cost effective parchment for pressing DTF transfers with a heat press, I hope you find this review... if your transfers are small enough to fit this width, this stuff will do what you want it to do! For larger transfers I got the Katbit brand on here and that does an awesome job too!

We love using this paper to line the toaster oven tray, just cut to the size you need. It works great to keep food from sticking to pans, which makes clean up super quick. Also, I love how it helps absorb a bit of oil or grease from the food. We do recommend this product

You'll need to use scissors to cut the paper. The cutter is 100% useless, made of flimsy plastic and bent right over the first time I tried ripping. I haven't tried the paper for cooking, so I only docked one star to be fair.
