I recently purchased the Chefmaster Liquid Whitener Food Color in white, and let me tell you, this stuff is magical.

I used it to turn my boring, beige cupcakes into perfectly pearly white clouds of deliciousness. It was like a unicorn sneezed on them and left behind a trail of sparkly goodness.

Not only did it make my treats look like they belonged on the cover of a food magazine, but it also tasted great too. No weird chemical aftertaste, just sweet, sugary goodness with a hint of unicorn magic.

Plus, the 16-ounce bottle is a great value. I have enough whitener to last me through all of my baking adventures, whether I'm making cupcakes, cookies, or a giant cake shaped like a unicorn.

It takes a bit more than just a little, but it does produce a vibrant color as seen on this cake I made. Only complaint I have is the lid on this particular bottle wasn't fitting quite right & kept leaking. I am very happy with this purchase overall.

I started a new hobby of making candied fruit. I bought white food coloring at the craft store, I forget which brand. But, after making several batches with it, I was not happy with how my color was turning out. The white I had was leaving the candy transparent, and I wasn't getting the opaque look I was going for. I ordered this white and my candy looks so much better. My colors are much brighter, more vibrant and not see through. This will be my new go to whitener!

Great product for price, however be cautious with how much you use. See picture - icing in bag was the bright red color I wanted, however once the cookie dried, it was a very dark shade of red. I’ve been doing this awhile so I know that a wet color is slightly lighter than when it dries but it’s usually pretty darn close to the color you mix. This dye dries very dark, err on the side of caution. Otherwise I love it and will buy again when I run out.
