I just received this so I can’t speak to the longevity of the product but I love it. It rolls easily for storage, is a great large size, and is truly non-slip. So functional and helpful for rolling out dough and I’m sure many other baking tasks! Unreasonably excited about such a simple (but so useful!) product!

I always pull this out when I am baking. I like the size of it, and being able to contain flour on the mat, while kneading or rolling dough. The graphics are helpful, as are the measurements around the edge. Because it is virtually non-stick, I don’t have to add as much flour to my recipes, which helps keep dough more tender. Easy to clean, once it is dry it is rolled up and ready for the next time. In case you are not sure, you want this one if you don’t have it yet.

I have used these mats for years. They are so versatile. I line all my baking sheets (you can cut to size), all my toaster, air fryer trays etc. food or cookies do not stick, ever! I use them on my counter for rolling dough and cutting instead of grabbing a cutting board. They clean easily and last forever. No more parchment, or reynolds wrap in anything for baking, roasting etc. worth every penny.

I purchased to use while making scones. It enables me to form, measure, and cut my scones easily. I find I don’t have to use as much flour since the dough doesn’t stick as easily to the mat. Also great to use as a surface for just general baking. Makes it easy for cleanup and protects kitchen counters from scratches. Awesome product! I purchase as gifts for all my friends that like to bake.

I don’t know why I waited until I was 50+ to buy this! It is a real game changer when making bread, cookies, and pizzas. For years, I have made my bread directly on the tabletop. For any baker, you know how messy this makes the table! Now the mess is contained on the mat. It also functions as the same when rolling out pizza dough or cookies.

I have never used it to bake on, so cannot speak to that feature, but am certainly say it makes my life much easier when doing baking prep!

The quality is good, but I do notice some red flecks come off occasionally. Hence the reason for 4 stars. It could just be from it being new. Will update review if it continues.

Well made and thick, this mat replaces my old plastic roll-up mat. Plastic one would never flatten out properly without placing weights on edges. This mat is nylon reinforced silicone and is clearly a must have in my kitchen. It lays flat every single time, has ring measurements out to 16" or 40.7cm. it also has conversion measurement chart from grams to cups. Very handy pastry mat....even come with a convenient elastic band for retaining rolled position. It measures 28" x 20" and is approximately 1mm thick.

I bought this to replace another one from another brand that had torn. This one is super thick and strong in comparison. Easy to clean to and sticks to the working surface with no problem (I spray a little water before hand to help it stick better). Overall, will buy again.

This mat replaces my old plastic sheet that slid all over the counter and curled and never lay flat.
I LOVE IT. Nice thick texture. Lays flat on counter. Love that it has inch measurements and circles. SO convenient for rolling out dough. Specifically bought this sheet over others because of those two features
