 They definitely spray, it took very little force so either the reviews that say it doesn't are for an old design or they were barely pressing. If you get one that doesn't just get a replacement.

It sprays in a mostly horizontal line which is not ideal, the harder you press the more dispersed (see video) I wish it sprayed a more uniform cone instead. As is you have to 'paint stroke' as you spray to get good coverage

It does leak if you hold it upside down, and using the pour spout builds up some dribble that I can see could cause a mess. I mostly use these for the spray feature but have found I can clean them with a bit of soap and water without getting water into the bottle. Just don't open the spout while washing.

Overall they look really nice, work great for what I needed and they seem durable, they don't feel cheap at all. There could be the improvements mentioned but they are the best I see on Amazon and might buy one more in the future for my other oil uses.

I love this dispenser. I was tired of getting my large messy bottle of olive oil out every time i needed a tablespoon. This is perfect! The spray is not as fine as it shows but I didn’t expect it to. The pour feature is so convenient. I never struggle to take store olive oil out now. The new dispenser also keeps everything cleaner as it has eliminated spills, drips, and mess. Buy one if you use a lot of oil while cooking! You will not be disappointed!

The sprayer works well for my olive oil. This means I'll stop buying the expensive aerosol spray oils that have questionable quality oil and then go in the landfill when they are empty. I'll have one less thing in my cabinet to store. I like that I can pour oil as well as spray. I'll use less oil coating veggies for sheet pan cooking by spraying, so that will cut calories and make my quality oil last longer. The only hard thing to do will be to clean inside the spray mechanism. The glass part was easy in the dishwasher. I wish I knew how often I should thoroughly clean it. I'm planning on doing it each time I buy a new bottle of oil for it but that could be months.

We bought this for butter flavoring like the movie theaters have in the pump dispenser. It works perfectly for our use. We used it at a popcorn stand and got a lot of compliments on it. I'm sure it would be great for any type of oil that you would want to mist/spritz.

I really like this product! I like that it’s made of glass and the multi function is awesome. I just wish the handle wasn’t so flimsy. I doesn’t feel very sturdy and like it could break right off.
