Update 12.25.2024 - Zulay's customer service is excellent. I reached out to the support email that is on the handle of the product and explained that ours broke. They asked me to check the tabs to make sure they weren't bent and try new batteries. It was still broken. They sent us a brand new one along with a mini one, free of charge! This company stands behind its product with hassle-free customer support.
Original: I absolutely loved this product—it was fantastic while it worked! Unfortunately, it stopped functioning after just six months. On the bright side, the company includes their support team's email right on the handle, making it easy to get in touch.
