    Outstanding knife to cut my homemade sourdough bread and so much more! The blades are SHARP! Use extreme caution when handling them. They fit easily into the handle and stay securely in place. They come out easily when you slide the "release" button. It comes with a plastic sheath to keep the blades in and a hard case to store it in. Highly recommend!

    My parents had an electric knife while I was growing up in the 70s. We make bread and this works GREAT. I’m not sure I’ll use on the turkey this November, but it has been one of my favorite purchases this year. Sharp, easy to hold and use. It does get a little warm after cutting for several minutes but it doesn’t slow down. I’d buy again for a friend or family member.

    I needed to carve five turkeys for a luncheon. I purchased this Hamilton Beach - Respected name in appliances - When I used it worked well on all the turkeys . Sharp blades made easy work of slicing the meat. Nice case to store all the parts.. I recommend this Knife.

    Very fast compared to my 45 year old knife. I didn’t think I’d use the meat fork, but it was handy to help remove my turkey from the pan. It’s all packed away and where I can find it. Love the storage.

    Replacing old poly foam in a chair with new latex and needed to shape the foam.
    I was able to cut off the corners along the top and bottom edges of the soft latex form, N24, using the carving knife.
    It was difficult to get the cut started but if I kept tension by pulling on the cut foam behind the blade, the knife was able to cut. With out tension, the foam compresses and doesn't cut well.
    This no replacement for a professional foam cutter but works for occasional latex foam cutting.
