    Having owned and operated restaurants, I got spoiled with some of the 'overbuilt' equipment both powerful and worked for years. This the home version. I could tell by the weight that it is a solid item. The torque when you fire it up is great. So far. a bechamel based cheese sauce for scalloped potatoes, and a homemade dressing, have been the initial uses. It performed well on both. The cheese sauce was in a pan, first the roux, then the sauce base before cheese. Quickly and cleanly. The dressing was in the 'chopper bowl'. emulsified quickly and easily.

    The attachments seem to be well built, connect easily and work well so far. The unit is also easy to clean. For a device that will be used sporadically, a few times a month, this one delivered good value, and a good working experience.

    I've had my eye on these for some time before I purchased. I have used every attachment now. It was very simple to use. It seems very durable. It works as it should. It is very easy to clean. Some parts are able to go into the dishwasher. The parts that need to be hand washed are easy to clean. I am glad I made the decision to finally invest in one.

    I have only used it a few times. I can not attest to durability.
    Its very easy to use the attachments, the size of the cups are perfect for one or two people servings. Super easy to clean and easy to change speed via the dial at the top of the handle that you can see and twist clearly.

    I’ve used the Bonsenkitchen Immersion Blender many times for smoothies, pancakes, pies, and hummus, and it never disappoints! The 20 variable speeds and turbo function make blending easy and efficient. The stainless steel design is durable and easy to clean. A must-have for any kitchen!

    I bought this product in july 2023. It is a very useful product. I frequently use it. But yesterday when I tried to puree something, the immersion blender wasn’t working like usual. In a minute motor started emitting smoke and stopped working. I gave one to my mom in November 2023 and she used it in India (with converter plug) just once and motor stopped working

    I really like this immersion blender. I like the adjustable speeds and the power to do the job quickly and easily.
    I originally bought this for pureeing soups. This model cones also with chopping attachments and a whip. It’s great for so many other uses. I also like the fact that it’s easy to store with only a few pieces. I am finding myself using this for so many of my cooking needs. I recommend this!
