    I work from home call center. My coffee kept getting cold because I would get on a call. I absolutely love this item. I works perfect. Amazing, I can put my coffee on it and no matter what it stays hot. It the cup is almost empty, I turn the heat down and it still stay hot enough to drink.... Love Love Love it

    I like that I can use any heat-proof vessel from coffee mugs to small ramekins to pyrex measuring cups and be able to keep things warm. Small, simple, and practical. Three different temp ranges accommodate different tasks and needs. Worth the purchase!

    I like my warmer. It does keep my coffee warm and at a good temperature. I have not used it as a candle warmer and probable won't. I recommend this mug warmer. But be careful, the plate does get hot.

    I was shocked cause I followed the instruction and turned on this and after shortly, I smelled the burnt so I turned it off. Then I saw the plate been cracked. I definitely return this dangerous defective item. I was very disappointed of this.

    I just got mine and have used it twice already and don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner. Keeps the coffee, tea or whatever you’re drinking hot. Great for the price and works great.

    This is my first time owning a candle / mug warmer. The listing originally had Candle Warmer in title. My primary intent is to use it as a candle warmer. While it does come with an instruction pamphlet, it’s not clear on which setting is ideal for the various uses it’s meant for-which would be super helpful. The device heats up fast. I will say, it doesn’t cool down fast from the red setting so please be careful. I find the design makes it challenging to move once it’s on, so be very cautious moving until you know it’s completely cooled down. I looked at several and thought a square design would be best because I appreciated the greater heating area- I’ve learned that benefit comes with its precautions as I’ve mentioned.
    It does melt the candle without flame really evening & quickly on the red setting. It fills my entire room with the scent I want before bedtime & I love it – no flames. Some may already know this but since I’m new, I learned you really don’t want to use a candle that you’d like to light again as the melting can cause the the wick to move from its original position. I’ve settled on that it’s perfect for those candles that have burned down to the bottom that you can no longer light or a votive you love the smell of & put in a heat safe container that can be headed & it will last much longer. So, while it took some trial and error, it’s a no-flame way to fill your room with the scent of your favorite candle without a flame
