For family dinners, I am on mac & cheese duty. This grater made cheese prep quick and easy. The variety of blades made salad prep easy too. The clean up after use was easy and quick. The dishwaher safe pieces were great for my grand kids to not have to handle the realy sharp blades. The grater suction made it stay in place and is very sturdy and well made. I would recommend this product for others to buy with confidence.
