I love this thing. It sucks the air out and seals your wine bottle. It tastes like you just opened a fresh bottle of wine cutting down on waste. When you are done drinking your wine, put in one of the 4 stoppers that come with the set, take the vacuum pump and pump it up and down to remove the air and seal the stopper in the bottle. The vacuum pump is easy to pump. Once sealed the bottle doesn't leak even when turned upside down. (I tried it over the sink...just in case.) The stoppers are made of silicone and have no odor. If you drink wine I definitely recommend getting one of these. Would make a great gift with a bottle of wine for any occasion.
