    A gamechanger. I had no idea the temperature dial on our oven was slightly off, that it takes such a long time to preheat to temperature, or that our oven has hot spots. I've compared it with other thermometers, so I'm confident that it's accurate. This thermometer really helps in troubleshooting issues and eliminating an additional variable. Baking/roasting is no longer a random process. We're able to produce better food more reliably now. Definitely worth it!

    Solid product. This temperature gauge showed me my stove temp display is actually 10 degrees off. Simple but effective product. I would recommend this.

    I bought this thermometer to adjust a new oven's temperature. Using the temperature displayed on this new thermometer, I was able to adjust the oven so my baking now works as before. Based on this, it appears this new thermometer is quite accurate. It has marks for each 10 degrees with large numbers every 50, making it easy to read and use for precision cooking and baking. The thermometer has a solid feel with a design that will likely resistant bending, of even the upper hanging hook. I am satisfied with the purchase; a great value for the price.

    Had these for about half a year now. We originally bought them because the temperature dial in our freezer is easy to accidentally shift (but hard to read); figured we'd get one for both the freezer and the fridge.

    They do exactly what they're meant to do, and I prefer this mechanical style to a digital alternative. The hook design works well in the freezer. Less so in the fridge -- I just keep it in the back and glance at it every now and then; sometimes I wind up knocking it over/off the back of the shelf, although it seems to have held up either way.

    Just like the photos show, they have the safe zones marked for refrigerated/frozen food, so you don't even have to look that closely when checking temps -- it'll be clear if there's something wrong. Nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be. Good purchase.

    This Thermometer is accurate and simple to read . The dial gauge is great because of the large numbers and colors. At a glance, you can check the temperature from several feet away. The size is ideal and doesn't get in the way. There are several ways to mount or hang the Thermometer. These are a must if you want accurate temperatures for baking. My oven was 25 degrees off, and this solved the problem. I'm glad I selected this one, I wish I had it years ago.

    Had a sneaking suspicion that my parents' old refrigerator was not as cold as it should be. Didn't know how to check the exact temperature and didn't really feel like driving to a store to find a suitable thermometer. Looked on Amazon and found this great Rubbermaid thermometer, a brand I know and like. Stuck it in the fridge and our suspicions were confirmed--refrigerator was too warm. No wonder the milk kept spoiling quickly.

    Bought a new fridge and used this thermometer to check to make sure it was at the right temp. Highly recommend!

    I like this thermometer, but it is hard to read the temperature, especially through the glass on the oven door.
