    The media could not be loaded.
    I am new to making sourdough bread and still trying to get good at shaping. Before this tool I had a really hard time scoring any of my bread. This definitely made it easier to cut and will probably get even more precise once I get better at shaping my bread. It comes with several little razor things which is great. Love the wooden handle and feels comfortable.

    After failed attempts with knives and scoring I decided to purchase these. They are super sharp which scares me to remove or replace the blades. It was a bit awkward while trying to not cut myself. I encourage using special gloves or towel to be careful. The install/replacement process is the only reason for 4 stars . Otherwise it's easy and improved my bread skills!

    This has been super helpful and useful in slicing the top of bread dough before it gets cooked. I love how easy it is to clean up, and how easy it is store. It comes with a little storage pouch for the razor.

    I love this knife, the packaging is great, also! Easy to change the blade and easy to use! Comes with plenty of extra blades, as well. The little finger protection is nice to have!

    The blades are sharp, love that except the design of ufo is terrible. It’s pretty small and I had a hard time tightening it and ended up slicing my finger wide open. 3 stitch’s later, the ufo is going in the trash.
