    I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! Seems more efficient than traditional smokers. A little bit of wood chips fills the reservoir is good for 4-5 glasses. So far no issues. The flavors are a variety and nice price for the beginners. Very simple to use just press the button to warm it up then press it once again to start smoking. The design also works great on a variety of glass sizes.

    Arrived in a timely manor. Charged it up and put some of the included cheery wood chips and used it on an old fashion and it turned out great. Easy to use.

    Ever have one of those--why didn't I think of this moments? Yeah, that on this for me. This is a slick unit that offers a flameless way to smoke cocktails. Very easy to use, and more fun to watch as the fan kicks in and the smoke pours in. It produces more smoke than I would using a propane torch and traditional smoker. My only gripe is that the heating probes only end up charring about 20% of the wood you add to the smoker. While it still give a great amount of smoke, a number of the chips go unused and I feel it's a waste. But that aside, wonderful idea, done very well, and I definitely recommend!

    Make sure to add at least 2 scoops of pellets for it to light and smoke properly. Did not work with only 1 scoop

    So far so good. No electric smell, really puts out smoke, easy to use. I have it it an actual bourbon bar so it will eventually be put through its paces but right now I'm impressed. Sometimes first use of new wood chips takes another before it really smokes but not always (I use two small scoops)

    We are very impressed. I got this for my husband's birthday gift. Low maintenance, yet effective. So much better than other smokers! Less hassle, yet produce a great flavorful smoke to the drink. Highly recommend!

    Bought for Christmas for my boyfriend. We charged it and filled it with chips. It wouldn’t light. We changed glasses and got it to light 2 times out of 10. Then tried another wood flavor, couldn’t get it to spark. We tried different amounts and glasses and still no smoke. The little igniters don’t come down far enough to light the chips. You have to use a lot of product to finally get it to ignite and then it only lights sometimes. We returned it after 20 tries and it only lighting 3 times.
