    Right out of the box before calibrating myself, I tested it in some alkaline 9+ ph water and it's really accurate out of the box, very useful and better then trying to read test strips!

    In trying to figure out hydroponic gardening, I've made more than a few mistakes. This little doodad has helped me tremendously in correcting and balancing water components and figuring out what my plants need. Wish I would have bought it sooner, it would have saved me a ton of time and money.

    Nice device. Calibration is easy. Comes with calibration powder. Tds reading starts low and drifts upwards over a period of time until it levels off. pH fairly steady within a few seconds. The probes on this meter are the quality difference between this and other meters. It's likely that if the electronics of the device live long and stay dry, the probe will out live any other tds/pH meter I have and use.

    I was pretty skeptical at first with the price point, but it's highly accurate. Calibration was a breeze, I bought more calibration buffer packs but have not yet needed to use any, this is my second one of these. I broke the first accidentally, but it lasted a few months never needed to calibrate it except for when I first received it. My plants were all on point for 120 days from seed to harvest with this pH pen, it's waterproof as well!

    This is the best budget ph/ppm meter I've ever had. Accurate, easy to use, and easy to read. And what I like the most is that you can put it away and store it dry. No water drops or storage solution to put in the cap that if you forget it ruins the pen. Nice and simple, I love it.
