Really easy to use

I had a heavy-duty, bar-top wine bottle un-corker but it broke. Not wanting to spend $100-$200 to replace it, I chose this handheld option. It works better than what it replaced. It firmly grips the bottle and the corkscrew easily does the job with almost no resistance or effort. When finished, it releases the cork flawlessly. The foil cutter works well, with one or two twists. The tool comes with a plastic stand that isn't fancy. It has a slot for the foil cutter and does the job. In short, this is extremely easy to use, space saving, and actually quite attractive setting on top of my bar.

I was leery of getting this because of the low price and suspected I was just buying junk. I'm happy to say I was wrong and highly recommend this.

We bought this less than a year ago. It broke! Just by opening a bottle of wine the threaded piece busted right off. Contacted customer service approx 6 months ago (give or take), ZERO response! Buy something else!!!

Hard to use and not durable

I bought this product a little over 3 months ago. It was difficult to use (I've had many of these wine openers before) and it broke a couple of weeks ago. The wine opener says "does NOT break", but mine cam apart when I was opening a bottle. I still have it and I'm happy to send it back to the supplier or Amazon as proof. I would like a refund or a replacement product that actually won't break as advertised. I don't really expect it to last a lifetime, but I certainly expect it to last longer than 3 months.

I prefer this rabbit style corkscrew. This one works easily, looks good, and comes with a tool to remove the top of the foil to get to the cork. A very good value for an item that will last a long time.

I bought this as a gift for a family member when I broke 3 of their cheaper corkscrews trying to open wine over the holidays. This felt like a nice quality, durable corkscrew. It was nicely packaged and perfect for gift giving. It includes a stand, and holds the opener and the foil cutter to keep it together and convenient. I used it, and it was very smooth and easy to open the wine bottle. Very nice color as well. I liked it so much, am going to purchase one for myself!
