This stopper is now my go-to stopper when preserving open sparkling wine bottles . I have used others and in the morning came to find that the stopper popped off of the bottle due to pressure. This one eliminates that issue and is a great value. Bought 2 for each of my kids as well.

Tight seal and the champagne does not lose its carbonation. It does set high on the top of the bottle. It doesn’t usually fit on the top shelf, but works in the door of the refrigerator.

Excellent upgrade, better than others

I use these on our champagne bottles. I lost the one I had before which was a different style and less expensive but I decided to give this one a try. They are more expensive but worth the price. They keep the champagne lasting longer and seal very well. I wish I had upgraded earlier.

Feels super cheap quality, but surprisingly works

This is a lightweight plastic stopper that feels really cheap, and I immediately regretted buying it when I took it out of the package. I used it on a half-consumed bottle of champagne, and I laid the bottle down flat in the fridge. Two full days later I reopened and it was still super bubbly and had not leaked. I'm not sure how long this stopper will last, but it appears to do the job as advertised. One star dinged for light feel, but I can't complain about how it's worked so far.

This gadget really works and keeps the champagne effervescent for days! When removing the stopper, hang onto it because just like the original champagne cork, it will fly off if you’re not careful. I recommend this product! Works like a charm!
