A coworker bought this item for each of us in our department, and I loved it so much that I bought two more of this same exact model for use at home. What I especially like about it is the fact that it automatically shuts off after a few minutes if there is no mug on the warmer, or after 8 hours if the mug is still placed on the warmer. That's a good safety feature. Also, it's simple to use, with one touch-sensitive "button" and two heat settings that are clearly understandable. It keeps my coffee or hot chocolate and a good perfect hot temperature, though with larger mugs you'll need to stir your beverage once in a while to distribute the heat evenly throughout the liquid. Oh, and that's another thing - the heating surface is nice and wide to accommodate pretty much any size mug. I have a very large mug that I didn't think would fit on the heater, but it does. Very happy with this mug warmer!

This coffee mug warmer works very well, and looks very stylish. I use it daily. I recommend using it on the lower setting, and occasionally I turn it off when my coffee is piping hot at first, because I don't need my coffee so hot, but find myself putting the warmer to use very soon thereafter!
The auto shutoff works well, and the indicator will flash if the mug is not positioned correctly or is removed from the hotplate. If the indicator fails to flash, I found that all you need to do is unplug the unit and it will reset.
It also has a one year warranty. You can't beat that, for such a low priced item! I highly recommend it, and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Ive had this for almost a month and I have no issues! Its a good size for my desk, has a long enough cord, works well (with two temperature settings), turns off when not in use, keeps my drinks hot and was priced well. 10/ 10!

*Update* Adding a star to the rating as customer service reached out unprompted and gave a full refund. May be worth it to try out the product with such a proactive customer service team. Again, in my experience it worked great when it did, the two heat levels and auto-shut off are very good features, just wish it lasted longer.

Kept my tea warmed up pretty good, especially with my single-walled, borosilicate glass mugs. But like many other reviews, it just stopped working one day. In my case, the warmer still turns on but with very minimal heat, after about10 months into almost daily use.

Not bad, but will now try a different brand to see if there's a longer lasting alternative.

I like the design, functionality and safety features. As promised, it keeps my hot coffee hot. The single tap button is easy to use and understand. One thing to point out is if the coffee cup is half full and I add cold coffee or tap water, the product will take quite a while to heat it back up again. No problem, microwave it first and the product keeps it hot. I like it so much, I bought one for my wife and told my co-worker about it. Now, if it could gain a feature to keep my cold water or iced tea cold in the Summer. =)

I just purchased the Mug Warmer Model ET-01. The very first time I used it, the warmer worked and kept my coffee warm. I turned the unit off per the instructions - and the light was off. I went out for a while (3-4 hours). I came home and went to move the unit, and almost burned myself as the unit was still on, and hot, even though the power light was off. I then unplugged it, and the next morning (now), when I plugged it in, it does not work - nothing lights up, it is essentially 'dead'.

Not only is this defective, but extremely dangerous, I have pets, and if this mug warmer was knocked over and still very hot, who knows what would have happened?
I have written to the manufacturer and will provide an update.

****Update****. I emailed the manufacturer, and they immediately contacted me and sent a new unit which seems to work exactly how it is supposed to. Very satisfied.

I REALLY like this warmer but it mysteriously just stopped working after 6 months. Its good looking and the 2 temps settings are perfect but now, when on, its stay a very low warm setting the brings my coffee or tea down to a lukewarm temp, way below what the lower temp setting is supposed to be and I can find a way to fix it.
All that being said, I am still considering buying another one in the hopes that maybe I just happened to get the one in a million that was destined to fail. I know, wishful thinking but hey, I'm an optimist.
If I do, I'll update this review.
