    Even on the highest setting, this doesn't keep the coffee hot at all. Doesn't even keep it warm. I've tried it with different cups, thinking maybe the ceramic was too thick or something and nada. Keeps the coffee lukewarm, at best. Disappointing.

    I love this product! I needed a product to keep my coffee warm and drinkable, and this is it! I am very pleased with my choice of warmer! It does everything that was stated! I can keep it on my end table, and it is always ready for me to use!

    I love the color. However, that is the only positive. This warmer doesn't do a great job keeping my beverages warm. Also, the on/off switch on the front is very sensitive. I have unintentionally turned it on several times without realizing it. I suppose this could be a hazard if the time-out switch failed. I would not buy again.

    Overall, this is a good mug warmer. It does what is advertised. its cute and looks great. I like the silicone cover to stop burns to my fingers, I also really appreciate the variable temp settings and timer off. I haven't used a thermometer to see if it actually keeps the contents at or near the set temp, but at the highest temp, it is still a little too cool. I would like hotter. The other issue I have is that it is VERY easy to bump the front of the warmer and the settings will change without my being aware. Yesterday I got up from my desk and thought I turned it off, but later walked by and it was on somehow. That was just one instance.
