Super cute and works great. I have tried it on a variety of different style mugs as well as teas, coffee, and matcha and every time it keeps it warm! Just a heads up to make sure your drink is already decently warm beforehand as this does not heat your drink up if it's already too low in temperature for what you're wanting, it just helps it stay at your desired temp and not get cold!

I bought two, one for me, one for mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. The one I kept works great, keeps my coffee cup warm as I tend to drink coffee slowly, and I love the simple touch to turn it on. The auto shutoff feature does work and shuts off on its own after four hours, I love that feature. As the directions clearly state, there are four settings, and the power light blinks as it’s cooling down if it’s manually turned off. Highly recommend this product!!

This keeps my coffee warm & works great! Had to come back to see how to turn off after noticing it wasn't cooling down on blue setting. There is no turn off button, just 3 different temperatures, which is clearly noted in description but good to note if you live with children who may touch it when there is no mug & it's still hot.
I love this & have used it almost daily since receiving it as a gift. Works great & I'm interested to try it as a bottle warmer as well. Just definitely keeping away from fire hazards & kids.

It keeps your coffee warm. The problem with it is it gets very warm & can be accidentally turned on with a simple touch or if it gets knocked off of the table. If it lands on something flammable it could cause problems.

I love this thing and despite what I read in some other reviews, I find that as long as I get my morning coffee on here while it’s semi warm, the plate will warm it up even more. If you’re a weirdo like me and will sip on coffee literally all morning, this is for you. I unplug it completely when not using it because it’s easy to hit the temperature button with work papers etc. and turn it back on

I did buy a small cork hot pad to go under it because it gets so hot that I think it would ruin my desk. Highly recommend buying one of the small natural cork hot pads that is 6 inch diameter because it’s the perfect fit. I found it easily on Amazon as well.

I loved that it kept my tea hot. But it also melted the cord. So I can no longer use. And I can't return. I already threw away the box. Be careful.

I've used this for close to 3 years now and its as easy and effective as you'd expect. Only now after three years am I noticing that it doesn't get as hot but I haven't had any other issue prior. Would definitely purchase again when the first one fails.

What could improve: it doesn't keep liquids hot, just pretty warm, even on hottest setting. I've resolved this somewhat by using a silicone mug cover - it helps keep the heat in.

Note: this warmer will not heat up cold liquids well - it will only keep already hot liquids warm

Overall good product. It's doing the job I hoped it would - no more trips to the microwave to warm up my coffee.
