I love our Zulay brother. Easy to use and to clean. It makes my coffee feel like I went out and bought it from a coffee house. It froths perfectly and blends and drinks needing powder added to it perfected blended. I will be purchasing more in the future as gifts...great buy, don't hesitate!

Disappointed with Durability: Zulay Milk Frother Review

As an avid coffee enthusiast, I was eager to enhance my morning routine with the Zulay Milk Frother. Initially, it worked like a charm, creating creamy froth to perfection. However, my excitement soon turned into disappointment after barely three months of use.The main issue arose with the whisk's durability. Instead of the smooth circular motion necessary for frothing milk, the whisk began vibrating from side to side, disrupting the frothing process. This not only affected the quality of my coffee but also left me frustrated with the product's longevity.While the Zulay Milk Frother initially showed promise, its inability to withstand regular use leaves much to be desired. As a consumer, durability is paramount, and unfortunately, this product fell short of my expectations.

Addendum:

I would like to add that despite my disappointment with the Zulay Milk Frother's durability, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by Zulay. Upon reaching out to them regarding the issue, they responded promptly, expressing sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Not only did they acknowledge the problem with the product, but they also took immediate action to rectify the situation. Zulay promptly refunded my money, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

While the product itself may have fallen short in terms of durability, the outstanding service provided by Zulay has left a positive impression on me. Their swift response and willingness to make amends speak volumes about their dedication to their customers.

In conclusion, while I may not be able to recommend the Zulay Milk Frother based on its durability alone, I wholeheartedly commend Zulay for their exceptional customer service and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

I got this about a month ago. We opened it a week later and used it once, and noticed it was really weak. I figured maybe I used already used batteries (my kids tend to put old ones back in the new batteries drawer ????????‍♀️) so the next time I changed up the batteries, still felt very forced. I didn’t have the patience for this. The third time I was going to give it a try to didn’t even turn on! Don’t waste your money.

I previously owned one of these, not the same brand. I had problems with it, then it stopped working. I've missed using it, found this one on Amazon. I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it will be better than the previous one I owned.

I saw my granddaughter using one of these and so I bought one and it works really well. It would probably churn milk into butter if you wanted it to. I definitely recommend it. It just makes mixing so much easier.

Quick and easy to use

for mixing protein drink mixes (meal substitutes of workout supplements). Takes less than a minute to blend in the dry powder into water, milk, etc., for a smooth drink. Usually just running it in hot water for a few seconds is sufficient to clean it up. Wish I'd found this prior to buying a small blender thinking I would use that for smoothies and protein drinks... not doing as many smoothies and this is easier use and clean. When time to replace this item, I may try one of the rechargeable models with interchangeable frothing tips. For now this simple battery device is working just fine and does not seem to be hard on batteries... use it several times a week and still on original batteries after a few months.

This is my third purchase of this item so obviously I like it; however, my lower rating is based on life-span of about one year, thus the need to replace frequently. I'm lucky if it makes it past the second battery change. I use it once a day, every day. Since the cost is low, a year of use at about $9 is not too bad. I will buy again when this one dies.
