    Hydro Flask Press-In Lids Various - Tumbler and Coffee Mug Accessory, 0 fluid ounces ($9.95)

    My 40oz hydroflask tumbler comes with a plastic straw and I want to reduce my use and exposure to plastics so I replaced it with glass or stainless steel straws that I simply stuck in the middle. I searched for an alternative and was happy to find this. The lid does not match my pink tumbler but I am fine with that as it keeps my water cool and accommodates my straws of choice and can be closed off when not in use.. $10 is a little high just for a tumbler lid tho.

    Lid fits my 20oz tumbler correctly - fits snuggly enough for no leaks, but still reasonable to remove and replace. The cover moves smoothly and stays in place to drink. Does it's job properly so you don't think about it until you see one that doesn't.

    Seal: this is a nice, tight seal for the 22oz Hydroflask tumbler. It's so tight that I can cover the hole with my finger and shake the hell out of this to mix my iced concoctions, then simply insert the straw part. Caution: it is so tight that if you fill it kinda near the top, you'll splodge out your drink if you attempt to put on the lid with the straw already attached. As others have advised, put on the lid alone first so the air has someplace to escape, then insert the straw at the end. Et voila.

    Plastic straw replacement: out of curiosity, I tried inserting the straw that came with my off-brand double-walled thermoses that come in a two-pack from Costco (you know, the ones with the two different types of lids) and find that those fit perfectly.

    Fall test: I dropped it just once to date, and it didn't break. BUT, it's probably because my tumbler itself hit the concrete, not the top part. I suspect the ones that broke maybe took the brunt--either that or the little tab part that sticks out happened to hit the ground and sheared off at that point.

    I purchased this as a replacement for one I lost. I have a few of these. Also fits some other brands.

    Is NOT leakproof but isn't designed to be. Is definitely splashproof. I like this style, design and material.

    I bought this for my 20oz Hydro Flask so I could carry my hot drinks to work. I have been using it for two days and am pleased with its ability to stay in place, spout opening and closing, and ease of removing the lid when time to clean. The only con of this product is that it leaks a little bit from the drinking spout when closed if the cup is filled near the top. It's not enough to spill over the side, but it can be inconvenient when carrying my drink around. Overall I would still recommend it because it performs well otherwise.

    Fits snugly and doesn’t leak. Love that the straw it flexible and I can easily change it out with other Hydroflask lids. It’s also very easy to clean.

    I wish this lid came standard w/ the Hydroflask tumblers. I have ruined so many shirts and have gone to work or school embarassed because I spilled my coffee from the default lid that just has the open slit. This lid with the sliding tab not only keeps your beverage hotter for longer, it is more sanitary by closing off your drink so airborne contaminants can't enter your drink. Best purchase, no regrets!
