The only but biggest problem with this mug is the lid. Either you chose a lid too small or a gasket ring that isn't big enough for the sealant. Thinking that this mug was good to go, I didn't realize until too late that the lid had no snug/resistant quality and when I went to drink hot coffee poured out of the space between the lid and the cup (even though it looked sealed) so while I was drinking from the lid, it poured onto me. I'm not asking for a new cup, but clearly your lids don't prevent spillage or leaking, because that's exactly what happened. Do not buy this item if you are looking for something reliable with a good seal to it.
