Love the quality, especially the plastic to protect your fingers. And I like that there are different sizes, but I would have preferred if it was a variety of shapes, instead of variety of sizes. Though I do like that there are smaller sizes in this set, one of the reasons I got this, which is better for cutting fruit to make it more decorative, like in fruit salads or fruit charcuterie boards.

I make cut-out cookies every year for Christmas and by the end of the process my palms are always red and sore from pressing down on the edges of the cookie cutters. That won't happen this year. These cutters are nice, sharp, stainless steel but the plastic top edge means no more damage either to my palms or the cutters. I made a batch of cut-outs yesterday and these cut through the dough like a dream and I was able to press down with no worries about bending the cutters out of shape. The 5 sizes let me use little scraps of dough without having to re-roll so I was done quickly. When I was done I just stuck them in the dishwasher, which is something I don't do with my old tin ones. And I've paid more for a single cutter than they want for the set. These are well worth buying.
