I’ve used Mr. Coffee Iced Tea maker for years, but I’m switching my allegiance. This tea maker has few parts to clean, looks nice, and whips out the same delicious iced tea.

 I waited so I could use it until I made my review. I am happy to say I have made 4 pitchers of delicious iced tea with zero problems of any kind. It’s true, as others have pointed out, that the tea maker isn’t super high quality as far as its construction goes, it’s cheap plastic but it works and I am not unhappy with the purchase so far. The tea tastes excellent, it makes tea super quickly, I have used teabags and even added a little iced tea mix from Lipton that I poured right over the tea bags and not a trace of it was left in the filter basket after brewing. I was so happy that this item arrived in a box and everything was there. Prior to this purchase I bought a Mr Coffee Iced Tea Maker from 2 different places, Amazon and Walmart. The Amazon merchant just threw the tea maker in a box with no manual, no pitcher, I think it may have been used, I was outraged, so I tried Walmart, they sent it in the original manufacturers box but when I opened it once again no pitcher! Couldn’t believe it happened twice so I was nervous when I got this one but at last, I found a tea maker!! It’s super easy to make tea. The pitcher is ok, it will hold more tea if you follow the instructions, I fill the pitcher to the water line to pour the water into the reservoir, I then fill a little past the water line and add ice cubes to the ice line when putting the pitcher into the machine to make the tea and get a very full pitcher. I am hoping this one will last me some time, so far so good! Unless you like really strong tea I wouldn’t recommend going by their instructions for the tea bags, I put 5 regular bags in and it was very dark, strong tea, they say to use 6-9 regular bags! Now I use 3 regular sized black tea bags and toss in a cinnamon blend regular sized tea bag for flavor and a little of the iced tea mix that is a powder with lemon flavor, it suits me perfectly.

We bought the black tea maker, which has stainless steel-like trim. It looks nice on the counter and goes well with our other appliances. We like the fact that it's more compact than the previous one we had (Mr. Coffee) even though it's a little taller. Tea tastes good and brews quickly too. Only issues are that although it says it is 3 qt capacity, if you follow the brewing directions, it only produces 2 qts. And the description states some kind of cord wrap, but there's no such feature. Neither issue is a deal breaker though.

We purchased this for our son as a gift. First thoughts he had was that it was easier to just buy tea at the store and that cleanup would be a headache with his schedule.
Updated thoughts - He loves it ! He purchased different flavor syrups and makes fun teas. Clean up is EASY and the product is very good in quality materials!

Easy to use. I like my sweet tea strong so the strength flexibility function was perfect for me. Very versatile for other uses (like iced coffee with flavors or flavored iced tea) but I bought strictly for quick and easy tea making. So much better than using a pot on the stove or a coffee maker (coffee taste in tea, yuck). Performance is great, doesn't leak (don't overfill the reservoir) and quick compared to other methods. If you are a tea drinker like me, this is a must have. Very pleased.

Feels a little flimsy but about right for the price. Just don’t force anything. Ingredients go in and iced tea comes out, so it passes the test.

We discarded our former iced tea maker this spring as it was looking quite sad and well used. We found this one on Amazon and have been very pleased. There have been a few improvements over the time we used our old one. the removable tea bag basket, the infuser for adding flavors plus much easier area for pouring the water in so as not to spill all over the counter. We are very pleased with this unit. Thank you.

This is great except one thing. It's not good on one thing. You go to pour it i to a cup and the lid falls right off. But I'm lucky I have another pitcher to put it in when done. Other than that it is just great.
