This is a big help with meal prep bc it makes it so much faster. It's pretty easy to use and it is very sharp. It cleans pretty easily in the dishwasher. Works perfectly and will be a kitchen tool I keep forever.

Ease to cutting the vegetables in the early mornin food preparation for kids, ease to clean, quality is super good, they are rectangular size to occupy a lot of products, very easy portable to store. Very perfect blades for different shapes and performance.

I bought one and LOVE it! It makes meal prepping so much easier. I was helping my boyfriend with some meal prep, but he had just one dull knife! So, I thought I would get him this to help make it easier. He loved the idea but was too easy on it, and the hinge broke after the second use. I use a lot of force and mine works great. His broke when he was using it gently. Might get him another one as it does help.

This is an amazing product that helps chop vegetables in a fraction of the time, but also helps with slicing and dicing easily and captures all of the diced food in an easy to clean container

I had the "as seen on tv" Vidalia chopper for about 10 years before it finally broke. I bought this thing as replacement--what a mistake. The opening on this isn't big enough to accommodate a slice of anything. The construction is flimsy and the mandolin is completely useless. Apparently my original search to replace my Vidalia chopper didn't reveal the fact that it's still available. I threw this one in the garbage and re-bought the Vidalia chopper. Do yourself a favor and buy that one--this one isn't good at all.

Although it can save time with some foods, it's more difficult and not worth it on others. Apples, peaches, cucumbers, anything with a peel gets stuck in the square blades, especially the small one, and gets stuck half-way through. The blades are VERY sharp making it difficult to free the food. Also, unlike others I've used that are similar, the lock just sits on top and doesn't snap on, so sometimes the lid slips off. Not dangerous but annoying. Cleaning the blades are pretty easy with a brush but the top part that pushes food through, food gets stuck in that and you need to dig it out with a knife point. It works, but I wish I'd spent a little more for a locking lid, so I could put more force behind it and less items get stuck halfway through.

I haven’t used this one yet. I was at a church luncheon and had to chop onions the church had one so used it. It was easy and so quick. It also chopped the onions in smaller pieces than I could using a knife. When I used my own I will write a review.
