    Arrived quickly and well packaged. Everything listed in the product description was included. This is a first guitar for my daughter who purchased it with her own money. She originally wanted a less expensive unknown brand. I'm glad I talked her into going with a well known Fender. The guitar feels sturdy, well made and a very nice color. It required little tuning directly out of the box. The amp provides great sound with no static feedback (as mentioned in the other brands). She is using the Fender subscription to learn the basics of the guitar (she does already know how to read music since she plays the trumpet and french horn in her school band). Overall I think this was a great purchase and well worth it!

    I got this as a Christmas present for my husband. The box it came in wasn't damaged but the back of the guitar had a small chunk missing which was a bit disappointing. It was also missing the DVD. Other than that, my husband is pleased with the gift.

    I like the idea of buying from a guitar store, but for a starter set the price, quality, and convenience of an entire package couldn't be beat online. We got this for our son's 15th birthday and he loves it. I was just happy to see that everything was included for him to be able to start playing immediately, because that's the key, isn't it? In my opinion this is the way to go for any first-time buyer.

    I think it goes to say that a package is only complete with all parts working. Not sure who or what happened. Fresh out of box and amp won't turn on regardless of outlet.
